Some great people work here from whom you can learn a lot

Cons

Stretched working hours for certain roles. Pissed off clients will push through requirements and your inputs will not get counted. Silos on development teams, too much process oriented work and client will never settle for any MVP it’s BUFD. No agile followed every thing is process oriented. Developers lack skills and unwilling to improve always counting on architects to help them out in some of the teams. Too much mails.. literally hundreds of them in a day that you need to manage.
