Pros

Great place to work and learn for experienced people. Lot of care for employees compared to other companies around. Exposure to work on production and very responsible positions.

Cons

Not a good place for freshers. Projects are long and can be boring on repetitive task Lack of internal communication and alignment between Higher Management Lot of innovation but doesn't get centralized to be reused, each unit keeps innovating and reworking on the same.
