Cons
1. They are having inhouse projects which will ruin your life. 2. They will ask you to do any work within a short window, nobody cares about your work life balance. Even there is not WLB at all. 3. Micromanage a lot and below are the examples. HR involvement is very low. 4. No appreciation over email or encouragement if you create something valuable/innovative for your project. 5. No one will give you learning opportunities here do it by your own 6. There are some bad managers will make your life hell here. 7. There is always a resource crunch here and you need to perform extra work for 12-13 hours and even there is not any recognitions for it.
