Pros
Gives more salary than all other companies to freshers. Great work environment with best food. No work load. Free money! Many parties and team events to enjoy. Gives lots of money, 20K for relocation, 20K as loan and 15 days stay in reputed 5 star hotel when joining
Cons
No personal development. Technologies used are ages behind the current technologies(Currently working on Windows 7 and IE and it's mandatory for all) While selection process they ask to do programming, but nothing is coded here, the company is testing benchmark. New joiners are assigned teams randomly without looking at there knowledge (It's like pulling a name from the box and ask them to join the team) Much of pass time less work, no space for self development, If you aren't participating in the pass time games(They call it Kabala party) , you are assigned more work than others No technical knowledge to employees (In my team people don't know how to use paytm),no scope for growth. Has many never ending projects, doing same again and again I have joined as a fresher and regretting, as I love coding and doing testing.
