      Pros

      Very high tech company. Extraordinary people and very knowledgeable in their domains. Lot of new projects and ability to work internationally. Latest trends in telecommunications are followed. Very good salaries if u work on site. Vacation without limits, and indeed it is !

      Poor promotion dynamics. Low salary increase even if u jump to higher position.
