      Pros

      Amdocs is very good in terms of Perks. WFH facility is good. Supportive superiors and managers. Free Snaks and subcidised Meal in canteen.

      Cons

      for IT support Project hard to manage the attitute of Business Support guys/Teams. No social life or outing or company parties. Leagacy technologies no upgrade in terms of process and knowledge. Opournities to grow within team for higher post is very less.
