Benefits, work environment. Consistent schedule. Youll have a typical idea of how your work day will be depending in the area. Worked there for 4 years. Theres a-lot of opportunity for growth.

Cons

Honestly. Transitioning from one position to another, there is very little to no pay increase.

My salary was OK but there have been no increases with inflation which means i'm actually making 10% less

Cons

When you get hired they tell you that you get two weeks vacation but that really means 10 days. You have to schedule sick days or appointments at least one month ahead of time.
