Pros
The people who work at Amegy make it a great place to work. Management consistently hires friendly, well-qualifed bankers who are a good fit and work together as a team. Very nice work/life balance, competitive compensation and supportive managers. When I first came to work here I received several emails from all over the company from people who told me they love coming to work everyday. I was a little skeptical... but that's been my experience, too.
Cons
Antiquated systems and more time-consuming processes compared to other banks - though they are actively working to improve this.
