Pay could be better. Processes can be a bit confusing/tedious but isn’t that bad when you get used to it.

Pros

Great Volunteer Program, Although, pay isn’t the best, the Diversity is beginning to grow

Cons

Horrible high deductible insurance plans! If you’re older and may require procedures in the future this may not be the company for you. The banker position has transformed to assist the tellers as well, due to layoffs. Upper management switched the incentive plan. It’s near impossible to meet loan, deposit, and cbp goal without revisiting the Same clients every year or two. They stress bringing in new dollars or loans, yet expect you to cover the teller line due to layoffs.

interview is easy, and very soft paced. you get 2 weeks vacation.

Cons

pay is not the best, and you don't get a good raise. only like a few more cents every year.
