Cons

Not great for mature - tenure talent. The education and years of experience required for roles do not line up with the compensation. They have a lot of talent that has been there for 15-25 years, but that means that they are slow to grow and evolve with technology and overall direction of the organization. They are still still trying to come out of the previous decade, at least 6-9 years behind. No true diversity in executive leadership, both from the company and its parent company, Zions Bancorporation.
