      Good Culture but Below Average Pay

      Pros

      Most teams are flexible with time (appointments/childcare/traveling). Depending on the team you are on, you may have 1-2 remote days a week (many teams are 5-days in office). You have direct access to the C-Suite executives.

      Cons

      Pay is below market for level of experience. Systems and processes are inefficient and redundant.
