Only care about number Budget to low to have medications ( so you can practice as before ) Only worried about hiring new grads not keeping Drs that have built the practice To many managers so don’t have funding for appropriate staff

If they partner with your practice.. they only implement the stereotypical downsides that coincide with being associated with corporate.. if your practice even offers bonuses expect them to decrease. They only try to please the drs and managers but if you are in any other position you are an ant in the equation and they won't even acknowledge you during their bi-annual drop ins.
