      Pros

      The team culture at AmeriVet is awesome; everyone works so well together (remotely, and in the home office). Helping vets, and the pets they care for, is very rewarding. The new hybrid work-from-home model is great, and has really improved the team moral.

      Cons

      We are growing so rapidly that you have to be able to work quickly on changes and re-focuses.
