Employees are amazing and willing to help and work great together

Way to much is put on a very small department, high turnover in the accounting department due to the work load , monthly closing dates moved up constantly , pressure from management to have to work after hours and weekends constantly. Not sure if any one in the accounting department has been there for more than year besides the manager
