You must be open to change. Things can't always be done the way in which they used to. If you are not open to change, it is much harder to be successful

No one is true. The model is good but culture, leadership, and reassurance of the job worth you give and really no leadership buy in. Not the culture they make-believe or act like they will support you or willing to hear concerns.
