Location is very accessible. There is a really good core group of people.

Cons

Some cattiness. Coworkers speaking ill of others. Wages are not at all competitive with the current market - living paycheck to paycheck. When asked about pay rates corporate and management response is usually “that’s just the industry” OR “we need more volume to compensate” … with already declining patient care. Short staffed/staffing issues. Restructured the management team on what feels like a whim. Management tried to be transparent but the DM then critiqued management on their delivery of significant changes.

Only care about number Budget to low to have medications ( so you can practice as before ) Only worried about hiring new grads not keeping Drs that have built the practice To many managers so don’t have funding for appropriate staff
