Camaraderie, friendly-culture, everyone helps out including management when able to.

Cons

Housekeeping is hard and can be an unforgiving position at times. Need to constantly be aware of your time within rooms. Weekends, rooms can be at least 16 to 30+ (sometimes working with another person in the same room) depending on season. Not every guest tips when they should tip given horrific conditions of rooms at times.
