Pros
I've worked other places but found my greatest satisfaction working here. There are career opportunities everywhere. I'm happy when I go home, tired but happy because I feel like I'm truly helping people and not taking advantage of them. America First trains it's people exceptionally well in service and doesn't pressure employees to meet unrealistic goals. Benefit offered are top of the line and employees are highly valued by the organization. This was my happy accident finding this place to work, I've been here over 30 years.
Cons
Size. We are getting much larger and I hope we never lose the culture that has made us great. I know efforts are in place to keep the same feel.
