      Pros

      Positive work environment, great working conditions, quality training programs. Retirement Plan & 401 (k) plan that company contributes too, Tuition assistance program, semi annual incentive program. Great health insurance programs at a very reasonable cost. They offer flexible schedules, paid holidays, sick leave and vacation leave. They have great advancement opportunities. Overall this company cares about all of the employees.

      Cons

      There are no health insurance benefits for part time employees. Pay is way to low for what they are expecting out of all the employees.

      Pros

      We get all the major holidays off, its great to be able to spend time with family. We also are closed on Sundays, which is great time to enjoy and prepare for the new week. The company cares its employees so much that we even have a huge summer social and we close the branches to be able to enjoy that day. I love working in a grocery store, because I can still be a full time student in college and still receive my full hours. My supervisors are very flexible with the schedule and meet the needs of everyone.

      Cons

      Being part time, we don't get any benefits. Not being able to get paid time off is not beneficial for part timers, its restricts them to not be able to even ask time off. Also not receiving health insurance can take a toll on part timers. If we get sick, our managers ask that we get a doctors note for calling in sick. How can we visit the doctor if we don't have insurance. I am a college student and I know that I can't afford a visit to the doctors when I am sick.

      Pros

      America First is an awesome company to work for. I just graduated high school and I'm currently working as a teller while going to college. They are very flexible and they make you feel important to the company. The benefits are great (paid holidays, free dental after one year of paying for it etc.) At my branch, I get pushed to move up to higher positions, which is really nice, especially because you get a raise every time you get promoted.

      Cons

      Even though the company is great, some members aren't, and they will try to ruin your day. They do like you to sell products and services, but it's not that bad.
