      Pros

      Great training before you start, clearly defined career path that is easy to follow and that encourages you to always learn and grow and progress in the company, MANY locations (branches) so it's not hard to find a position close to you. A set of Core Values and a Mission Statement that I fully agree with. The CU has a good reputation in the community to you usually get a positive response when you tell someone you work there. Good hours and a good work environment. My branch has been very accommodating to my needs since I came back from maternity leave.

      Cons

      Not the highest starting pay for tellers.

      Pros

      I love America First. Outlook is bright and the growth opportunities are strong. Resources for job skills training and professional development are phenomenal. I get to work hard doing meaningful work, in a place I love, and I make a fair wage.

      Cons

      Pay has felt a little low in the past. Recently I've been able to start my new hires at a higher rate and give my existing employees more substantial raises.

      Pros

      Positive work environment, great working conditions, quality training programs. Retirement Plan & 401 (k) plan that company contributes too, Tuition assistance program, semi annual incentive program. Great health insurance programs at a very reasonable cost. They offer flexible schedules, paid holidays, sick leave and vacation leave. They have great advancement opportunities. Overall this company cares about all of the employees.

      Cons

      There are no health insurance benefits for part time employees. Pay is way to low for what they are expecting out of all the employees.
