      Pros

      AFCU provides a great work environment, and encourages employees to help members. I feel like I can be genuine and caring at work and not have to put on a face. There is a lot of opportunity for training and growth as well.

      Cons

      AFCU is not as competitive in pay as other companies, don't expect top market dollar working here.
