Pros
The training they have new tellers go through is really nice. It was a week long then after that they still have people sit with you. They really make sure you understand and feel comfortable. Very nice people to work with as well.
Cons
The pay was incredibly low, very difficult to live on. I felt that for the amount of work we were putting in we were not fairly compensated (as tellers).
