      I found my time at America First entertaining thanks to the people I worked with, but monotonous in the day to day tasks

      Pros

      Good benefits. Fun Atmosphere. We had monthly work parties. Flexible with college schedule. The managers were very helpful with training new employees. This was a great job coming out of high school and beginning to save for college.

      Cons

      I found a few of my fellow employees to be lazy and yet management did little to rectify the problems this caused. This usually ended up with a small group of employees shouldering the extra load. Low pay was also a con.

      Pros

      Great team environment, hard work recognized, lots of training throughout if you put in the effort but is best for hands on learners. Great scheduling.

      Cons

      Pay is very low as compared to other credit unions. And loan side gets paid more than supervisors, and the pay raise between teller to lead is only a few dollars.

      Pros

      I love my coworkers, they make the day bearable.

      Cons

      First off, the pay is really bad for the job you do, especially for being one of the top credit unions. Second, the training isn't long enough, so when you start at the branch, it can be really stressful and overwhelming.
