      Pros

      -Great benefits and vacation leave. -Fairly flexible schedule for being a student. -Lots of opportunities for advancement. -Decent pay, but not great. -Good work-life balance. I've never worked more than 6 days in a row.

      Cons

      -If you are helping a member during your scheduled break, they refuse to reschedule it. You miss your break and have to be on the phone for 6 hours straight. -No tuition reimbursement -Consistently understaffed. There's not a single day I have worked where an email is sent out asking you to come in early or stay later.

      Good for school, the environment is very good.

      I feel like a robot when I talk to the members. I am miserable at work most of the time.
