      Pros

      Great potlucks. Great relationships with lateral employees. Well established, profitable organization. The hours were good. Some overtime allowed. Professional environment and dress code.

      Cons

      Low pay - rarely giving raises to anyone, and has lost many employees due to that fact. Management cares little for their employees. Shuffles employees around quite a bit. Clickish, local organization.

      How about none? Literally, none.

      Cons

      It's extremely frustrating to work for a company in which they constantly tell you how they have a lack of leadership and need good intelligent people, yet they stall promotions and raises as much as they can. They have certain dates at which they feel you should be at a certain level, and if you exceed their minimal expectations, you have no opportunity to move forward until you've reached their date. They tell you that you are eligible for promotions, but they won't let you do them.
