      Pros

      AFCU has a many great values as a company. The members were always top priority and great service was a must.

      Cons

      Mostly women that work there. This poses a problem when religion is thrown into the mix. Cliques were overwhelming, and favoritism was suffocating to the enjoyment of the job. Expectations were too high. Negative feedback was too often given while strengths were unrecognized. The pay was the worst.

      Our entire dedication is to progress and help our members financial security. We don't have customers. We have members.

      Cons

      The only downfalls i can find is that on particular days, we have so many people in our branches that it becomes difficult to help them all.
