      Pros

      There is a flexible schedule and the atmosphere is professional yet relaxed. You are not forced into doing cross sales. There are some good benefits if you work 30-40 hours.

      Cons

      The pay is not that great compared to some other institutions. There isn't any real incentive to out-perform others or to go the extra mile.

      A very service based financial institution. I like it. Kind of spoils me for other levels of service.

      Good company culture Friendly environment, good management Relatively easy job Good training No pressure to cross-sell

      Cons

      Low pay for education and skills, can get paid more for working at a bank. Feel I should be getting paid more for what I do- I can process, underwrite, and finish loans. They train loan officers very well, we can do all types of loans from business, all types of personal, and home equity loans. Lack of tution reimbursement, they have it but the requirement are strict and unknown.
