      Pros

      Seems like a good work place all in all. Mostly positive environment.

      Cons

      A lot of, lets say, older generation managers that choose to do good by the company and forget the rest. A lot of "good ol' boys" that have been employed for way too long and are stuck in their ways.

      Flexible schedule are willing to work around school schedule. able to work part time

      pay isnt great, but that is the case for most banks, have awesome insurance, and holidays
