      can get a lot of training

      Cons

      they expect you to stay after hours but they dont want you to get paid overtime, so they ask you to take longer lonches so you dont do more than 40 hours a week.

      Great culture; "bank" holidays; vacation time + sick leave; promotes from within; lots of internal employee training and development; reimburse for college classes

      Cons

      "old school"; tough to get in the door outside of entry level positions; health benefits not as great as HR makes it seem
