      I have loved working there and have been there over 2 years. Great with my school schedule and great coworkers.

      Doesn't pay as well as other financial institutions in the area.

      Pros

      This company treats their employees exceptionally well. I've worked at other call centers before and often you just become a number to the higher ups. AFCU made it a point to make sure their employees don't feel that way. They have great benefits and plenty of opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      It was a call center. Call centers always come with their own cons. They have an exceptionally high call volume, and you didn't get any time in between calls to finish up your notes on the account your were helping with.
