      Pros

      I enjoy working with AFCU, they have an incredible introductory program into the company. The culture is family and they pride themselves on not letting people go during hard financial times. They also offer remote positions. They offer a pension.

      Cons

      AFCU does not cater to female workers when it involves the benefits. They do not offer maternity leave or provide other maternity options besides the basic disability pay. This hurts female employees, who are their family's primary providers, options in moving up for promotions or staying with AFCU at all.

      Great Benefits, managers are okay depending on what dept you work in.

      i have had my share with my supervisor and being here for 8 years i have not been treated fairly.

      Pros

      It's a great place to start at right out of high school. They have good pay and alot of ability to get regular raises and bonuses depending on position. And they do hire internally first, so you can move around and learn different positions. Also the financial knowledge you gain is significant and helpful in all aspects of your financial life.

      Cons

      You will top out in how far you can go if you don't get collage degrees. So if u have big dreams, you gonna have to commit to collage later on and it will be for things specific for finance. Meaning if banking is not ur dream, don't count on staying there for more than about 5 years. And you are very replaceable when ur entry level. Just tread carefully at first.
