I Gained a ton of experience but employee moral is extremely low.

The people I came in contact with and experience I gained for this being my first and only job.

Cons

Favoritism, employee harassment, and employee moral. The pay is not a liveable wage especially for an employee that has been with the company several years. Also compensation package is unreal 1% of any sale so thats 0.01 per one dollar.

Every day was a battle , horrible rude District Managers and GM , rude and ignorant customers , forget about time off because they would black out the calendar claiming It's prime selling season but the GM could take off and leave whenever they wanted

Pros

Good management that's fair and wants u to do good. Good benefits for FT people. Happy team spirit, coworkers have your back. Good opportunity to get promoted or get a raise by being certified, etc. Sometimes it is very busy, but I actually like that the day goes by so quick.

Cons

Saturday meetings are mandatory so u can't be off for a weekend very often. But when we play Jeopardy for our meeting it's kinda fun. No benefits for part time. Some customers are really rude, bug I guess that's true anywhere.
