A complete disgrace to the practice of optometry & miserable place to work-->zero stars & 2 thumbs down!

Don't have to deal with insurances & high starting pay

Cons

Unprofessional & rude GM & staff, double/triple booking, unethical practices (requiring doctors to see a minimum of 55+ patients/day, requiring doctors to push specific contact lens brands & solutions), illegal practices (ie: dispensing contacts when doctor is not in the office or without doctors consent)

great work life balance, fantastic health benefits, free eye care and eyewear yearly, easy to move up, great place to build a career.

Cons

Some General Managers and Assistant Managers do not work well together and this will have a huge effect on how the store is ran.
