      Pros

      The customers are great! The work is fun and fast paced. The pay and bonuses are very good. If you get a good manager, this job is very promising. Sundays off.

      Cons

      The store is strictly run by people you can't see. The training is almost non-existent. You have 5 days to read through a manual while answering the questions on the computer. After that you are expected to know everything. The manager doesn't 'follow the rules', but expects the employees to follow rules they have never known.
