      Lots. For one the biggest issue with this company is your experience will vary based on location. Friends of mine worked elsewhere and saw half the patients I was expected to and got the same pay. A bonus structure isn’t feasible for doctors seeing 40+ a day, especially on weekends. Your experience will also vary based on your DM and unfortunately where I worked the DM was really out of it. Never really tried to improve anything. We had some serious issues with staff and unfortunately he never tried to fix it but just shuffled people around. Only caused more chaos. The GM where I worked actually had some resentment to the doctors and it showed in his dealings with them as did the DM. It made for a horrible position as a doctor.
