Employee focused and engaged. Take part in regular events to get employees engaged and enjoying their work. Management team listens to suggestions and makes changes if needed.

Great upper management. Port captains are always involved in the well being of crews.

Cons

Some Captains make work harder and complicated than it needs to be. Tankerman will only handle clean chemicals too which makes for good work.
