Poor Management Ruins the Experience

Pros

You meet some wonderful, unique people and get to work in very beautiful areas. You may even learn a thing or two about conservation.

Cons

The pay is terrible, housing is dangerous if you have anything valuable, and the full time employees never seem to know what is going on.
