Pros

Like-minded folks who care about people, public lands, and the habitats and wildlife that exist in or around those public lands. Management is well-oiled, engaged, and easy to access. Best job I've ever had.

Cons

Communication within some departments is definitely siloed and needs work, but it's not hard to reach out to those departments, but the constant stream of info occasionally lacks.
