This place worships aggression and treats compassion like a weakness

Pros

Commission was okay — if you ignored the guilt.

Cons

The environment was built on fear and control — scripted calls, yelling managers, and pressure to harass people for payments. Empathy wasn't just discouraged — it got you scolded. The emotional toll was awful. I left feeling ashamed and mentally fried from being pushed into abusive tactics.

The Leadership is Doing a Poor Job

Pros

They have been in business for several decades now. I hoped that they would treat employees well. But they don't!

Cons

The leadership of this company is terrible. Due to their awful decisions, they are losing clients. They also put too much pressure on employees and fail to recognize how stressed and exhausted they have become. They will continue to lose employees and clients if they don't change their arrogant attitude.
