      There is not a whole lot of pros

      Cons

      All upper management in the Texas area are friends. It's hard to move up. One of them can talk a good game but doesn't know how to run an account, in fact they ran it into the ground and then got a promotion. They ran is at a lost for a year with HIGH labor. Any other Corporate dining service could easily take over the accounts that they have.

      Worked here for almost 4 years so far. Better than past experiences with contract food. Not perfect, but better than most in my opinion

      Long hours but I think that comes with the territory

      Lots of turnover so you can get hired easily

      Cons

      No employee loyalty - management badly treated & expected to do the impossible - pay raises almost impossible to get.
