Brand Name thats it looks good on resume.. growth is good if you stay 4-5 yrs and if you are diplomatically good. Crowd is good.

Cons

Biased leadership, micro management, no work life balance in few teams, highly politicises environment , no skilled work only excel and SQL are there bread butter, most managers are less qualified and less deserving.. Managers are dating colleagues nd are baised towards female colleagues. Don't compare your salary to iit/nit/iim freshers as they will be getting 6-7 lkh more than if you are even 3-5 yrs experienced..
