A top-tier consumer brand with great products and opportunities for interesting work; Smart & friendly colleagues; good opportunities for internal movement (especially for lateral moves); great work/life balance, strong benefits and perks for colleagues; leadership is focused on professional development and colleague growth
Cons
Big corporate comes with standard organizational challenges; getting things done often requires numerous stakeholders across teams; colleagues had sense that pay not always consistent with primary competitors, but company seems to try and make up for it with other benefits; Progression to VP and above levels can be challenging/political
