      Great People. Diminishing Work/Life. Lower Pay vs Competition

      Talented colleagues, interesting work in select pockets of the finance organization, coffee chat culture, ability to move within various lines of business to learn

      Cons

      Poor pay - salaries are lower than competition. Work/life balance used to supplement lower salary but this has dramatically shifted for the worse. Long hours and tight deadlines amidst poor pay have contributed to poor employee morale.

      Well they pay you at par with other Tech companies out there. You will learn a lot if you are interested about Fintech and customer service

      Cons

      With the new leadership 90% Asians. It's all politics. Who knows who. If you want to rise who all do you know. How well can you please your leaders. To get work aligned and prioritize the constant need for escalations No respect for human life or time or commitments. No work life balance. I am saying this as I have seen this company change, I worked there for more than 10years until I realized it is horrible beyond words
