Pros

Incredible benefits packages. Tuition reimbursement available immediately after hire. On site child care in certain locations. Flexible work arrangements.

Cons

Leadership and staffing is very global, so be prepared to work with teams in India, UK, and Argentina...a lot. Stack ranking is in full effect so ensure your performance is top notch. The company's human capital footprint is shrinking. Layoffs happen almost yearly and are swift and immediate.

Pros

The time off given is not too bad.

Cons

There is no such thing as a secure job there anymore. Jobs are being sent overseas all the time. It doesn't matter how qualified you are for a job, if you are not a friend with the hiring leader... forget it! It used to be a great place to work. (in fact I worked there for 30 years till my job was sent to India) Management cannot be trusted. There is no consideration given to long time employees for new jobs, but policy states there shoul be.

Pros

Market-rate compensation and good work life balance, that's about it. Stick it out for 1-2 years and get to a company that invests in American employees.

Cons

Endless red tape. The entire operations team is in India and the entire Phoenix office is from India. Insane micromanagement. More time spent on paperwork and sucking up than actually selling and making money. Middle management is typically horrible and upper management is inaccessible. Passive-aggressive gossipy culture.
