      1. Brand Name - Quite helpful if you plan to pursue MBA at some point of time. 2. Benefits such as pick and drop from home for employees is available.

      Cons

      1. Being from a technical background, You might not find the quality work you are looking for. Most of the work involves support , hence , you gain minimal knowledge in technical domain.

      Relationship driven organization Advancement will depend upon who you know, not your skills The result is a lot of incompetent managers whose sole aim is to do whatever it takes to maintain and expand their power If you can't choke down the Kool-Aid, you might actually blurt out that the Emperor has no clothes on and be forever banished They will be smiling in your face as the insert the knife in your back

      Pros

      The training is very good depending on the department. Work life balance is great. Benefits are comparable to other similar companies.

      Cons

      The environment is pretty competitive. The restructuring is pretty much non stop. Some groups have a definite lack of focus and direction.
