      Very friendly environment, most people are positive spirit and leaders are encouraging. There are variety of volunteer opportunities for those who want to advance faster to contribute.

      Pros

      I personally feel AMEX is one of the best organization which provides a proper work / life balance to its employees. At AMEX we adhere the Blue Box Values which sets us apart from the mass employees. Working with AMEX for the past 2years had been a great experience.

      Cons

      Indeed one can not get everything at one shot, there are certain small shortfalls with us as well e.g some of the staff is treated differently than the other AMEX staff. They do not get equivalent compensation and benefits as the other staff.
