      Pros

      American Express is a very structured company with friendly management and diverse practices. They are very open to giving and receiving feedback which I think is essential to job success.The company is very open to assisting with the work/life balance and has many benefits including a considerable amount of free benefits that assist with family life and a heathly living way of life.

      Cons

      The management is often too young and inexperienced and are not always the best at being impartial to all employees regardless of if they are the same age or spend time together outside of work. They are also often distracted with the latest sports event or television shows as opposed to leading by example in a business environment as a professional.

      Pros

      American Express is an employee friendly company. The company maintains a high level of professionalism. Its a great organisation to work with.

      I dont find any downsides of working with American Express. Another positive point that I see is that there is very less politics.

      The work tests my abilities gained from my university and let me test my strengths. the way i apply my creativity to deal with the work makes it more fun

      Cons

      there are no scope of learning new Computer technologies from computer engineer point of view, although good place to know everything related to IT dealing with financial sector
