Pros

Strong leadership concern about individual development and growth, project assignment are clear with individual accountability, and the organization is very collaborative and results-oriented.

Cons

The organization is top-heavy, so decision making can be slow and bureaucratic at times. Individual ownership and accountability differs across various managers and their respective leadership styles for empowering their employees.

Good people to work with, Good pay,

Cons

- No vision in certain departments by management. - Transfer too many people from other parts of the world (amex), in canadian positions and don't give employees in Canada a chance to apply. - Canada is extremely tied into the US Org (reporting structures, customers, contracts, etc), but Canada is an after thought in any of the decisions
