The American Family Agent I worked for made me watch while he played You Tube videos of black people acting in a disorderly way.

Pros

Good company to work for, people in the corporate training office are courteous and good at explaining the ridiculous systems the company has in place.

Cons

Stone age software and systems that do not coordinate well together. Tough economic times and insurance rates make it difficult to be successful at some times. Very bureaucratic in the Agency perspective, makes sucking up a necessity
