Everybody eats ground beef which is what they process here.. So no lay offs, overtime, 7 day work week in peak summer.

Cons

Turn and burn the employees. Not much regard for quality of life. Union environment.

Employees and employers were decent to workers, good hours lots of jobs decent location the pay was good supervisors always tried to help you and teach you the jobs they put you on

Cons

room for advancement moving you to better jobs that pay more are hard to get to if you cant keep knives sharp hard to do jobs and positions
